About Me

Based out of Northern Illinois, I spend a lot of time at breweries, always looking for something new to try. My love for craft beer started with Tighthead Brewing and turned into a constant search for great beers and even better conversation. I’ve been lucky enough to try some of the best beer the world has to offer, and I wanted to create a space for people to understand craft beer without feeling confused or overwhelmed, that’s where Aleluminati was born.

When I’m not deep in the books, or at my favorite brewery. You can find me yelling at my favorite hockey teams through the television (they totally hear me)… or drumming to my favorite classic rock albums.

Baltic Porter

This beer is everything a proper Baltic should be. Pouring rich mahogany hue with a fluffy tan head that has decent head retention. The first swig hits with roasted malt and dark chocolate, followed by layers of caramel, toffee, and just the right amount of coffee. Perfectly balanced, deceptively strong, just an all around crusher to warm you up during these brutal Midwest winters!
